At Marcella NYC, we want you to love your minimalist essentials; if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they arrive back in pristine condition.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the pre-paid return shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund or store credit to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
